How to Reset Login Password

You can reset your login password from the XT website or App.

Please note that ⚠️ for your account security, withdrawal or P2P selling from your account will be disabled for 24 hours once security verification is changed.

With the XT website, you can reset your login password by following the steps below:

Visit https://www.xt.com/ and click ‘Login’
Select ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page
Input your registered email or phone number, and click ‘Next’
Complete the Security Verification with code from your registered email address, phone number and/or Google Authenticator(whichever the system requires), and click ‘Confirm’
Input and confirm your new password, then click ‘Confirm’

With the XT App, you can reset your password by following the steps below:

Click the icon on the upper left corner of the homepage
Click ‘Login/Sign Up’
Click ‘Forget Password?’
Input your registered email or phone number, and click ‘Next’
Complete the security verification with codes from your registered email address, phone number and/or Google Authenticator, and click ‘Next’
Input and confirm your new password, then click ‘Confirm’

Input your New Security Password, as well as Login Password and Security Verification for security verification, then click ‘OK’

Click ‘Security Center’
Click ‘Change’ on your Security Password
Click ‘Forgot security password?’
Input your New Security Password, as well as Login Password and Security Verification for security verification, then click ‘Submit’
