II. Reason for the Suspension
At XT, we always prioritize the security of user assets. This temporary suspension of withdrawal services was a necessary measure to prevent potential risks and unnecessary losses to user assets while the issue is thoroughly investigated and resolved.
III. User Asset Security
During the suspension period, the security and integrity of all user assets remain unaffected. We have implemented strict security measures to ensure that all user assets are safeguarded in an absolutely secure environment.
Based on the current progress of inspections and repairs, we expect to gradually resume withdrawal services for some tokens starting at 00:00 (UTC) on November 29, 2024. We plan to fully restore the majority of withdrawal services within 24 hours.
