Steps on how to reset phone number and security code(website):
1. Login XT account, click Security Center on the right top corner.
2. If you registered through the mailbox, the current mobile number can be verified directly. If you register through the mobile number and have not linked to the mailbox before, you need to link to the mailbox first; if the mailbox has been linked, you can jump directly to step 4.

3. Click Unverified on the image, the mailbox verification box will pop up. Please fill in accordingly and submit it as required.
4. Click on reset, a small window will pop out to modify the phone number. Please fill in the new mobile number, verification codes sended to your old and new phone and security password as required. After submission, the reset is successful. Your mobile number has been modified successfully, and you can log in through your new mobile number.
5. If your old phone has been lost or cannot be used, please click on the "Retrieve", fill in the form and upload the photo as required. XT.COM customer services will review it for you as soon as possible.
Steps for Phone number reset ( App):
1. Please log in to your XT account on the mobile APP, and click [Me] in the upper left corner of the home page.
2. Go to Security center.
3. Click on Phone Authentication.
4. If you have not linked to the mailbox before, you need to link the mailbox; if the mailbox has been linked before, you can jump directly to step 6.
5. Click OK. Fill in the form as required and click to Bind, it shows binded successfully.
6. Return to the Security center-Phone Authentication, fill in the new phone number and verification code accordingly, then the phone number has been changed successfully.
7. If your old phone has been lost or cannot be used, you need to click "Lost Moblile Phone?" and jump to "Reset Your Phone" page. Please fill in the form and upload the photo as required, XT.COM customer services will review it for you as soon as possible.
Steps for Password reset(website):
Go on Security center, click on “modify”.
A bullet window will pop up for you to reset the password, please fill in the form and submit it as required.
Please note: In order to ensure the safety of your account assets, withdrawal is prohibited within 24 hours after the security password is modified!
After submission, it will show the operation is successful. Your security code has been changed successfully.
Steps for Security code reset(App):
Login to XT APP, go to Security Center, click on security Password - Change.
