Recently, we have received feedbacks from users that there have been criminals committing frauds by spreading forged App download links and inducing users to download fake (XT) App, through which they are able to steal users’ information. They also committed fraud or stole user information by asking users to contact fake (XT) customer service to deposit.
Please be kindly informed:
1. For XT App download, please go to XT’s official website (https://www.xt.com/app). Do NOT click the App download link unless it’s sent by XT’s administrators.
2. XT has not and will not ask users to deposit through customer service. XT ONLY supports fiat deposit by OTC trading for now.
3. XT values users’ privacy and will not give any user information to anyone in any way, nor will it ask users for account passwords, text messages, Google Authenticator Code or other important information for any reason.
Please be wary of shampaigns. Do NOT click App download link or trust any information from non-official channels. If someone claiming to be the XT official contacts you, you can go to our official website for 24/7 online customer service to verify his/her identity.
