Go to Identification on the official website:
Step 1:
Go to the official site https://www.xt.com/, login to your account, click on the right top corner [my account], and then click on [Identification].
Step2:
The identification page is divided into basic verification and advanced verification, which determines the transaction limit of your account in XT.COM. If you need to increase your quota, you will need to complete the advanced verification.
Step 3:
LV1 Basic Verification:
1. Click “Verify Now” in LV1 Basic Verification. Enter your Nationality - Name - Date of Birth - ID Type in the pop-up box, and click “Continue” after confirming that the above information is correct.
2. Choose a method to verify in the pop-up box. (Take ID card for example).
• Choose Photo Verification (for devices with a camera).
Click Take Photo - Begin Verification - Send Link via Email (upload ID as prompted in the email) or scan the QR code instead.
• Choose App Verification (for devices without a camera).
Click App Verification — use the XT app to scan the QR code — follow the example picture to upload your ID (1. Take a photo of your ID; 2. Take a selfie) - After Face Verification is completed, you will be notified by email - After the operation on app is completed, click “I have completed the verification on phone” on the website.
(Note: Please follow the prompts when conducting face verification. Please do not wear hats, glasses or use filters. Make sure that the shooting environment is well-lit.)
(Note: 1. XT app version v3.8 and above; 2. iOS system version v11.0 and above. The above conditions must be met for the method to be used.)
Step 4:
After completing the above process, please be patient. XT.COM will review your information as soon as possible. Once you have passed the verification, we will send you an email notification.
(Note: 1. During this period, please do not refresh your browser. 2. You may apply for identity verification up to 5 times per day. If your application is rejected 5 times within 24 hours, please be patient and try again in 24 hours.)
LV2 Advanced Verification:
Use mobile phone or camera devices to record a video, and read the numbers provided on the page when taking the video. Upload the video after completion, enter security password, and click submit. The video only supports formats of MP4, OGG, WEBM, 3GP, MOV and is limited to 50MB. (Please be patient and wait for the staff to review. Remember to check whether the account information is passed or not in time.)
Phone app identity verification:
Step 1:
Login XT.COM phone APP, click on [Real name verification].
Step2:
The identification page is divided into basic verification and advanced verification, which determines the transaction limit of your account in XT.COM. If you need to increase the quota, you can complete the advanced verification.
Step 3:
LV1 Basic verification:
1. Click “Verify Now” in LV1 Basic Verification. Enter your Nationality - Name - Date of Birth - ID Type in the pop-up box, and click “Continue” after confirming that the above information is correct.
2. After clicking “Confirm”, upload a picture according to the example shown in the APP, click “Next”, and perform verification in two steps (1. Take a photo of your ID card; 2. Take a selfie). After Face Verification is completed, you will be notified by email.
Note: Please follow the prompts when conducting face verification. Please do not wear hats, glasses or use filters. Make sure that the shooting environment is well-lit.
3. After completing the above process, please be patient. XT.COM will review your information as soon as possible. Once you have passed the verification, we will send you an email notification.

LV2 advanced verification:
Read the numbers provided on the page when taking the video and upload the video after completion for review.please wait patiently for the staff to review and check the account information in time for the outcome.
