Where can I complete entity verification on XT Website?
1. Log in to your account and go to [Profile], then select [KYC Verification].
2. Click [Switch to Entity Verification], then select [Verify Now] to proceed.
3. Before clicking [Start Authentication], ensure you have the following documents ready:
- Board meeting documents
- Company bylaws or operating rules
- Company registration certificate
- Shareholders’ register copy
- Directors’ register copy
- Identification documents (passport only) for directors, authorized representatives, management personnel, and all ultimate beneficial owners holding 25% or more
- Company structure chart showing all ultimate beneficial owners
- Screenshot of company registration information from the official government website (including the date of inquiry)
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter all required information and upload the necessary documents.
5. After completing all required information fields and uploading the necessary documents, click [Submit] to finalize your application.
6. Once submitted, your application status will show as [Reviewing]. You will receive a notification (via email and/or site messages) once your verification is approved or if additional information is required. Processing typically takes up to 7 business days.
