What is an Anti-Phishing Code?
Anti-phishing code is a security feature provided by exchanges, allowing users to add an extra layer of security to their account to prevent phishing attacks caused by forgeries. This feature is mainly to prevent phishing emails.
How to set up your first Anti-Phishing Code?
- Log in to the XT official website. Log in to your account, click [Personal Icon]→[Security Center] on the upper right corner.
- Enter Security page, click [Set] to set up your Anti-Phishing Code.
- Please set up Anti-Phishing Code that you desire. Then you will now be required to enter your google authentication code or SMS Authentication code depending on which two-factor authenticator you have enabled.
- Once you’ve completed all the steps, you will have created your Anti-Phishing code. Now all emails that are legitimate and from XT will contain the code that you have set.
How to change your Anti-Phishing Code?
- Enter the password setting page, click [Change].

Input your new Anti-Phishing Code and enter your google authentication code.
- Once you’ve completed all the steps, your Anti-Phishing code will be updated. Now all emails that are legitimate and from XT will contain the new code that you have set.
