How to check my transaction on:
- Ethereum (ERC20): Explorer 1, Explorer 2
- XT Smart Chain (XSC): Explorer
- Bitcoin Network (BTC): Explorer
- Tron Network (TRC20): Explorer 1, Explorer 2
In article: [How to Find My Transaction ID (TxID)?], you are given the instructions for how to find the TxID of your transactions.
In circumstances when you do not locate or receive the funds in your relevant account, you need to check the transaction status on the blockchain using the transaction ID (TxID).
Supposedly, you will be redirected to the respective blockchain explorer page upon clicking the transaction records.
The following will demonstrate how to check transfer status from those popular blockchains/networks,
1. Check on Ethereum(ERC20) and XT Smart Chain(XSC) transaction status
Note: The display of deposit and withdrawal for the Ethereum and XT Smart Chain (XSC) blocks is similar.Hence, the following cases can be used as a reference for both network to check for the corresponding transfer status.
(1) "Success" shown in "Status", indicating that the transfer has been successful.
At this point of time, you can check the funds account in the recipient/account platform
(2) "Fail (failure)" shown in "Status", indicating that the transfer was unsuccessful.
At this point of time, you need to contact the sender or your currency exchange platform, which is the source party that initiated the transfer to further confirm that the receiver or the platform to the account address cannot handle it.
For example, when you transfer to XT and find that the state on the block shows failure, please contact the source platform; and when you transfer assets from XT and find that the transfer has failed, you can contact XT customer service for support.
2. Check on Bitcoin Network transaction status
Below shows the transaction status of bitcoin network. If the transaction is not fully confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain, you can check the minimum number of confirmations required from the blockchain. In this example, it needs to have 6 confirmations to confirm(please note that the number of confirmations required may change). Please wait patiently for it to confirm.
3. Check Tron Network(TRC20) transaction status
If the transaction status is “CONFIRMED” but the result is “FAIL”, it means that the transaction has been completed, but the funds cannot be credited to the recipient’s address. Please contact the sender or the platform you’re withdrawing from for assistance.
If the status of the query is confirmed and the result is success, the transfer has been successful. You can check whether the funds have arrived in the receiver / recharge target account.
