What is Identity Verification Reset?
Identity verification reset refers to the resubmission of identity documents and verification materials after the initial completion of identity verification.
This process does not affect your current verification status or account privileges; it is only intended to update your identity information in compliance with the latest regulatory requirements.
How to Reset Identity Verification?
Please follow the steps below to complete the process:
Step 1: Access the Reset Portal
- Click the Reset button above to directly access the Identity Verification Reset process page.
- After selecting the reason for updating your identity verification, click Confirm Update.
Step 2: Fill in Identity Information
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete all required fields and upload the necessary documents:
- Select the type of identification document (e.g., ID card, passport, etc.).
- Enter your full name as shown on the identification document, along with the document number.

- Front side of the identification document
- Back side of the identification document
Step 3: Upload the Verification Video
Please use a mobile device or camera to record a video in which you clearly read aloud the number displayed on the webpage. Upon completion, please upload the video via the mobile app or the web platform.
Supported video formats include MP4, OGG, WEBM, 3GP, and MOV, with a maximum file size of 50 MB.
Step 4: Await Review
After verifying that all the information is accurate, enter the verification code and click Confirm. You will then be redirected to the Identity Verification page. XT will complete the review within 2 business days.
Step 5: Check Verification Outcome
Upon successful completion of the review, you will be notified via an in-site message or email. Please check your registered email address and notification center for updates.
