Futures Present User Guide

What Is Futures Present?

Futures Present is a futures trading sharing feature launched by XT. With this feature, you can create a customized futures position and send it to your friends as a present to share your trading strategy or trading results.

When creating a Futures Present, you only need to set the target futures trading pair, trading direction, and amount for each present. The system will generate the corresponding futures position with fixed 20X leverage. The recipient can claim the present using the present code and open the futures position you customized.

 

Types of Futures Present

Futures Present is divided into two types:

1. New User Present Only new futures users can claim this type of present. A new futures user refers to a user who has never traded futures before.
2. Regular Present All registered users who have activated their futures accounts can claim this type of present. Users must activate their futures account before they can successfully claim the present and open the position.

How to Send a Futures Present

1. Log in to the XT App and go to the [Futures] page.
2. Tap [...] in the upper-right corner and select [Futures Present].
3. Tap [Send].
4. Fill in the Futures Present details, including:
   • Target futures trading pair
   • Trading direction
   • Amount for each present
   • Number of presents to send
   • Personalized message for the recipient
5. Tap [Create Present] and confirm the payment details. The system will deduct the corresponding funds from the account you selected.
6. Once the Futures Present is created successfully, you can send it to your friends via a sharing link, QR code, or present code.

 

Notes

• [Amount for each present] refers to the initial margin used to open the position.
• Futures Present currently only supports USDT perpetual futures.
• The leverage for Futures Present is fixed at 20X and cannot be manually adjusted.
• The minimum amount for each present is 5 USDT, and the maximum amount is 100 USDT.
• When the amount for each present is 100 USDT, each recipient will receive a futures position with a notional value of approximately 2,000 USDT.
• You can send up to 1,000 presents in a single transaction.
• If you do not select [No Expiry], the Futures Present will be valid for 24 hours after creation. After expiration, the balance corresponding to any unclaimed presents will be returned to your original account.
• You can choose to send the Futures Present using funds from either your spot account or futures account.
• If you choose to deduct funds from your futures account, it may affect your current futures margin ratio. Please confirm the risk before proceeding.

How to Claim a Futures Present

1. Log in to the XT App and go to the [Futures] page.
2. Tap [...] in the upper-right corner and select [Futures Present].
3. Select [Receive] and paste the present code.
4. Tap [Claim Now].
5. Wait for about 5 seconds, and the system will automatically open the position for you. You can tap [View Position] to go to the trading page to view and manage the position.

 

Notes

• The system will open the position under isolated margin mode.
• If you already hold an open position or have an open order for the same trading pair, you will not be able to successfully claim the Futures Present.
• Each user can only claim one present using the same present code.
