What Is a Cashback Voucher?
A Cashback Voucher is one of the futures voucher types provided by XT and is applicable to USDT-M futures trading.
A Cashback Voucher is a conditional voucher and cannot be withdrawn directly after it is claimed. Users must complete the trading volume requirement or profit requirement specified by the voucher within the voucher validity period. If the requirements are met, the voucher face value will be converted into cash assets and added to the account’s available balance. If the requirements are not met, the voucher will be automatically reclaimed according to the rules.
Cashback Voucher Usage Conditions
- Cashback Vouchers only support USDT-M futures trading.
- Cashback Vouchers only support cross margin mode.
- Cashback Vouchers do not limit leverage. Users may choose leverage based on their own risk tolerance.
- After claiming a Cashback Voucher, users may only open positions in one direction according to the rules.
Cashback Voucher Claiming and Restrictions
- After a Cashback Voucher is issued to the Voucher Center, users must manually claim it before use.
- A user may hold only one usable Cashback Voucher at the same time.
- When claiming a Cashback Voucher, the account must not contain any trial funds or bonuses. Trading fee deduction vouchers are allowed.
- When claiming a Cashback Voucher, the account must not have any open positions or open orders.
- After claiming a Cashback Voucher, users may only open positions in one direction according to the rules.
- After claiming a Cashback Voucher, any fund transfer by the user will cause the voucher to become invalid and be reclaimed by the system.
Withdrawal Requirements
Cashback Voucher withdrawal requirements include two types:
- Trading volume requirement
- Position profit requirement
Users must meet the conditions configured for the voucher before the voucher face value can be converted into cash assets.
- Trading Volume Requirement
When the user’s accumulated trading volume reaches Cashback Voucher face value × specified multiplier, the trading volume requirement is deemed to be met. The specific multiplier is subject to the activity rule configuration. - Position Profit Requirement
When the user’s total position profit reaches Cashback Voucher face value × specified multiplier, the profit requirement is deemed to be met. The specific multiplier is subject to the activity rule configuration.
The system will automatically determine whether the withdrawal requirements are met whenever the user’s funds change. If the requirements are met, the system will automatically submit a withdrawal and risk control review request. After approval, you can go to Vouchers > Used, find the corresponding Cashback Voucher, and view the withdrawal details. The voucher face value will be converted into cash assets and added to the account’s available balance, and will no longer be reclaimed. The user’s current positions and open orders will not be affected.
Cashback Voucher Reclaim Rules
The Cashback Voucher will be reclaimed by the system if any of the following occurs:
- The user makes a fund transfer while holding the Cashback Voucher;
- The Cashback Voucher expires before the withdrawal requirements are met;
- The user’s available equity reaches 0 and the maximum loss ratio of the voucher is reached;
- The user violates activity rules, conducts abnormal trading, engages in malicious arbitrage, or engages in other behavior deemed by the platform.
Risk Warning
- A Cashback Voucher is not equivalent to cash assets and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged before the withdrawal requirements are met.
- A Cashback Voucher can only be converted into cash assets after the specified trading volume and profit requirements are met.
- Futures trading involves high risk. Users should reasonably manage their positions and leverage.
- If the user triggers platform risk control rules, the Cashback Voucher withdrawal may enter a review process, and the final result shall be subject to the platform’s review.

XT Cashback Vouchers are conditional futures vouchers. If users meet both the trading volume and profit requirements within the validity period, the voucher face value can be converted into cash assets. If the requirements are not met or any reclaim rule is triggered, the voucher will be automatically reclaimed by the system.
