1. You should be fully aware of the risks associated with contractual trading and fully responsible for any trading and non-trading activities on your XT account. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.
2. Contract trading is high-risk. As a contract trader, you acknowledge and agree that you will access and use contract trading services at your own risk;
3. You agree to keep sufficient blockchain assets required by XT in your XT margin account for users to engage in contract trading and repay your loan in full in a timely manner. Failure to maintain sufficient assets or repay outstanding loans in time may result in the forced liquidation of assets in your margin account;
4. You are fully responsible for knowing the true status of any position, even if XT displays it by mistake at any time;
5. You agree to conduct all contractual trading by yourself and take full responsibility for your activities. XT shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of any services or by your ignorance of the risks associated with the use of the assets or your use of our services;
6. Users agree that all investment operations conducted on the XT platform represent their true investment intentions and unconditionally accept the potential risks and benefits brought by their investment decisions;
7. XT may, at its discretion, take measures to mitigate your potential losses on your behalf, including but not limited to transferring your margin account to your exchange account or from your exchange account to your margin account;
8. During the XT platform's system maintenance, you agree to be solely responsible for managing your margin account at risk, including but not limited to closing positions and repaying your loans;
9. XT reserves the right to suspend and terminate XT contract service. When necessary, the XT platform can suspend and terminate services at any time;
10. Due to network delay, computer system failure and other possible force majeure factors which may lead to execution delay or suspension or deviation of XT contract service, XT will try its best to guarantee but not promise the stable and effective operation of the execution system of XT contract services. XT will not bear any responsibility for the final execution result of XT contract service caused by the above factors which do not live up to the customer's expectations.
I have read and accept the XT.COM Contract User Service Agreement and agree to use the business of the XT contract. I know the risks involved and confirm the transaction.
