1. Why is identity verification necessary?
Identity verification is part of the global Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance standard. At XT, verifying your identity helps us manage risk, prevent fraud, and ensure the safety of your account and assets.

Yes. We use advanced security measures to protect your data and comply with privacy regulations to ensure your information is secure.
3. What are the benefits of completing identity verification on XT?
By verifying your identity, you unlock essential capabilities such as higher daily withdrawal limits, access to P2P merchant services, and the ability to purchase cryptocurrency using fiat currency. These features provide you with greater flexibility and convenience when trading.
4. How much can I withdraw per day after completing identity verification?
Your daily withdrawal limits depend on the type of verification you complete:
Personal Verification:
Fiat withdrawals: Up to 500,000 USD per day
Cryptocurrency withdrawals: Up to 10,000,000 USDT per day
Entity Verification:
Fiat withdrawals: Up to 500,000 USD per day
Cryptocurrency withdrawals: Up to 15,000,000 USDT per day

We only accept government-issued documents such as a passport, national ID card, driver’s license, and residence permit.

Please ensure that all photos and videos are clear, unobstructed, and free from glare. Submissions that are blurry or unclear may result in verification rejection.

You will receive a notification via email and/or site messages once your verification is completed. Processing typically takes up to 2 business days.
8. How do I check the status of my identity verification application?

9. What should I do if my identity verification application takes longer than expected?
If your identity verification takes longer than 2 business days, contact XT Support and provide your User ID (UID). Inform the support team about the delay, and they will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
10. How will I know if my identity verification application was rejected?
You will receive a notification via email and/or site messages if your verification application is rejected. The notification will include the reason for rejection.
11. What should I do if my identity verification application was rejected?
Review the rejection reason, correct the issue, and resubmit your verification. If you are unsure about the reason or how to proceed, please contact XT Support for assistance.
12. Can I complete identity verification for multiple XT accounts?
No. Each user may verify only one XT account. If you require multiple trading accounts, we recommend opening sub-accounts under your verified main account.
13. Does the sub-account require identity verification?
No. The main account and sub-accounts share the same identity verification. No separate verification needed for sub-accounts.
14. How many times can I attempt identity verification in a day?
You can try to verify your identity as needed. If you experience repeated failures, please contact XT support for assistance.
15. Can I update my name after verification?
If your identity information needs to be corrected or updated, you will need to reset your identity verification and complete the verification process again via the Reset Portal.
16. Why is identity verification reset necessary?
To comply with regulatory requirements, such as document expiration, updated personal information, or real-name data validation, you may be required to resubmit your identification materials.
17. Can I delete my identity verification?
No. Identity verification cannot be removed independently from an account. Once your identity is verified on an XT account, the same identity information cannot be reused or transferred to another account. If you no longer wish to use the verified identity, you must delete your account.
Please note: Even after deleting your account, XT will retain your identity verification data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, such as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This retention is necessary to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure security, and your data will be stored only for the required period.
If you need to update or correct your identity information, you may request a reset of your identity verification and complete the verification process again via the Reset Portal.
18. Will my account be restricted after resetting identity verification?
Resetting your identity verification is intended to update or correct your identity information. While your account may be temporarily unverified during the reset process, your verification status and account privileges will be restored once the new verification is successfully completed.
19. Will my trading history and assets be affected during the reset process?
No, resetting identity verification does not affect your trading history or assets, but your account will be unverified until the process is completed.
20. How long does the reset process take?
Usually 1–2 business days, depending on the verification queue.
