* To change your phone number and email address, make sure you have two-factor authentication enabled, that is, two of the Google Authentication, phone, and email addresses are bound.

1. Log in to your XT account and click [Personal Center] - [Security Center] in the upper right corner.
2. Go to the security center and click the [Change] button on the right of your mobile phone/email address.
Note: In order to protect your funds, withdrawal and C2C selling will be disabled for 24 hours after changing or untying the mobile phone/email account.
3. According to the current page, enter the new mobile phone number and new mobile phone verification code or new email and new email verification code and security verification and other information, and click "OK" after filling in.
Note: If the security verification is not available, select the unavailable security item and reset it.
